The Delaware Area Career Center will be holding the public Organizational Board of Education Meeting on January 16th, 2025 with the Regular Board Meeting to immediately follow. The agenda for this meeting, past board minutes, and upcoming dates can be found on our BOE page here.

Adult Education GED and ESOL classes are canceled today, January 6th, due to inclement weather and hazardous roadways. Orientations scheduled for today will be rescheduled for January 8th.

Due to inclement weather, Delaware Area Career Center high school classes will operate on a 2-hour delay on Tuesday, January 7th. Morning labs will run from 9:50 am-11:49 am, and afternoon labs will run from 12:21 pm-2:20 pm. Due to inclement weather, Adult Education GED classes on Tuesday, January 7th, will be delayed until 10:00 am.

There will be no high school classes December 23 - January 6. Be sure to compare your home school calendar with DACC's. Even if your home school is not in session, DACC may still be having classes. Friday, December 20th is a Flexible Learning Day for DACC high school students. Students will be engaged in online assignments provided by their teachers. This is an opportunity to practice time management, self-direction, & skills necessary for learning remotely.

The DACC high school will be operating on a two-hour delay today, November 20th, due to dense fog and poor visibility. Please use caution when you do go out. DACC will be hosting visiting sophomores from around Delaware County on November 22, 25, and 26. There will be no high school classes on these days. Each DACC student has worked with their instructor to volunteer, work remotely, or participate in job shadowing.
