The Myers-Briggs Company

During the first semester, DACC level one students are invited to take part in a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personality assessment.

This is part of a career development lesson focusing on Understanding Yourself. Students receive an MBTI Career Report with information about their personality preferences, preferred work tasks, preferred work environments, personality strengths, and occupations of interest.

The Myers-Briggs lesson and report are a compliment to the overall DACC career readiness experience. Personality reports can spark some good conversations with your teen. Here are a few questions to begin the conversation.
