• You will receive a phone call, text, and/or email, based on the information you provided at registration.

• Follow us on Facebook or Twitter for instant alerts.

• An alert will appear on the homepage of the DACC website.

• Download the DACC app from Google Play Store or the App Store by searching 'Delaware Area Career Center' to receive push notifications.

• Watch Channel 10 for updates on school delays and closures.

Please note that your home school will not speak on behalf of DACC in regards to delays or closings. If you receive a notification from your home school and you hear them mention DACC, they are most likely saying that transportation to DACC has been delayed or canceled.

In the event that you follow your home district's delay or closure while DACC is still operating on normal hours, your absence will be considered excused as long as your parent/guardian calls, emails, or sends a note to our attendance department. The attendance department can be notified through the Pre-Arranged Absence Form, by emailing Attendance@DelawareAreaCC.org or calling 740-203-2268.
