May 6-10
Graduation Gowns

All students will wear a graduation gown during the ceremony.

• You may wear your home school gown, an NTHS purple gown, or a DACC teal gown

• Gowns can be picked up in the main office, between 9 AM and 3 PM, the the week of May 6th

• Teal and purple gowns must be returned outside of the stadium after the ceremony

• Caps/mortarboards and DACC Completion Chords will not be worn at the ceremony

Completion Ceremony Rehearsal will be held during regular PM and FLO lab times.

Stadium Gates open at 9:00 a.m.

• Students are responsible for their own transportation to the ceremony. Please allow time for parking at the Delaware County Fairgrounds, corner of Euclid Ave and Pennsylvania Ave. A shuttle bus will be available or you can walk the short distance to the school.

• General Admission (no tickets required) - we ask families to be considerate of others when inviting family. Standing room is also available.

• Accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the stadium.  Greeters will be available to direct guests upon arrival.

• Students should not bring personal belongings to the ceremony (backpacks, purses, coats or other items). There will be no access to the gymnasium after the ceremony.

• HR Imaging is capturing images from our Senior Recognition and Completion Ceremonies.  They have also taken pictures at Prom and Class Photos.  You should receive ordering information in the mail.  It is also available at HRImaging.com

• Watch your mail!

  HR Imaging Partners have mailed a proof sample of your graduation moment, including ordering instructions.

  If you need to view other events from the year, please log onto www.hrimaging.com! Your student may need to share ID information so you can complete the login process.

Appropriate length dresses, blouse, dress slacks, dress shirt or suits. Please note that high heels, sandals without backs or straps, flip-flops, tennis shoes, jeans, shorts, t-shirts, or military dress is not appropriate.

All pictures after the ceremony should be taken outside of the stadium. Families will not be permitted on the field at any time.

We are grateful for our partnership with the Delaware City School district and are thankful to be able to use their facilities to celebrate our students’ accomplishments. 

In the event of inclement weather, we will be delaying the ceremony until the weather has passed. We understand that this may be inconvenient, but the safety of our students and guests is our top priority. If by 2:00 p.m. the weather has not passed, we may reschedule the ceremony to another date and time at the same location, Delaware Hayes High School.
