Ambassadors

Student Ambassadors

Every school year, a select group of students participate in what we like to call the Ambassador Program.

Student ambassadors are those students who feel passionate about career and technical education and want to help us spread the word about all of the great opportunities at DACC.

Along with planning and participating in some great activities throughout the year, student ambassadors receive training to prepare them for leadership, public speaking, and professional social situations. These skills will be essential in your life after high school, whether you are applying for college, applying for a job or you find yourself in a social setting where you need to put your best face forward.

As a student ambassador, you will put these newly developed skills to work as you speak with area high schools and participate in recording video commercials and communication materials for the school.

Ambassadors will be chosen at the end of every school year to serve the following year. For more details about the program, contact Enrollment Coordinator Grant Pepper at (740) 201-3224 or PepperG@DelawareAreaCC.org or Administrative Assistant Mariellen Murray at (740) 201-3216 or MurrayM@DelawareAreaCC.org.
