Notice is hereby given that the Delaware Area Career Center Board of Education will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 7:15 a.m. in the DACC boardroom for the purpose of replacing the regularly scheduled meeting due to an anticipated lack of quorum to discuss the following items:
Old business regarding supplemental CTSO contracts;
Employment of public employees in the Adult Education department;•
Resignation of a public employee or official;
Compensation for a new teacher mentor and a Saturday School Monitor;
Contracted services with outside vendors for the operation of the district;
Capital improvement project resolutions to amend the CMR Agreement with Elford and to adopt design development documents;
Appointment of President Pro-Tempore for the January 15, 2026 organizational meeting;
Any other business which may be considered necessary to transact.
