DACC Staff Spotlight: Becky Bowling, Administrative Assistant to Aspire/GED Coordinator

Becky Bowling has worked for DACC Aspire almost 20 years. Her first day was supposed to be September 11, 2001. Before she came to work at DACC, she was in sales for a local newspaper and worked in the hotel industry.

Becky has loved working in the GED classroom and the ESOL class at The Orange Branch Library. “It is very rewarding helping students learn English and GED students in their education journey. In a lot of ways, I have had the privilege of being a life coach to many GED students and have loved every minute of it! GED graduations will always be one of my favorite memories.”

Becky and her husband Greg have been married for 33 years. They have two adult children and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, walking and spending time with friends and family.
