DACC Staff Spotlight: Cindy Wolfe, Aspire/GED Coordinator

This is Cindy Wolfe’s 17th year at DACC. Before DACC, she was a daycare provider and preschool teacher. She has also been a Safety and Health Inspector for the Department of Defense and a retail store manager for a tennis and skiwear store.

Cindy’s favorite memories at DACC are the GED graduations. “They are very special, especially the speeches given by the students which are the best part of every graduation. It is so rewarding to see students overcome many barriers to accomplish the goal of earning a high school equivalency diploma.”

Cindy has been married for 48 years. She has a son and a daughter who are teachers, and they are married to teachers. The joy of teaching runs in the family.

Cindy loves going to Broadway musicals, cooking and taking walks. Her time in the fall is spent supporting the Olentangy Liberty High School marching band where her son and daughter are on staff. She also spends a lot of time watching all the college and pro football games.
