DACC Staff Spotlight: Jack Higgins, Director of Operations
Jack Higgins has been at DACC 9 years. Before DACC, he was a Facilities Manager in the private sector – Chemical Abstract Services for 13 years and OCLC (Online Computer Library Center) for 11 years.
Leading the construction team for the consolidated building project has been the most rewarding honor of Jack’s facilities career. “Working with every member of DACC through the planning, construction process and move into the building was worth every minute. The efforts of everyone at DACC are truly legacy building for the students and community of Delaware County.”
Jack is married and just celebrated his 47-year anniversary. He has three sons and three of the best daughters-in-law a dad could ever ask for, 7 grandkids and 2 dogs.
When not working, Jack enjoys traveling in his RV, doing yard work around the house, and walking with his dog.
