DACC Staff Spotlight: Nicolas Gama, Cook
This is Nicolas Gama’s first year at DACC. He is a 2019 graduate of DACC’s Culinary Arts program. Since graduation, he has been working for Cameron Mitchell restaurants. Nicolas started at Marcella’s Polaris and currently works at Cap City Grandview.
Nicolas enjoys listening to music and audio books, playing video games, and spending time with his brother and friends.
