DACC Staff Spotlight: Jim Gaskill, Principal

Mr. Jim Gaskill is in his 2nd year as Principal at DACC. Before DACC, he was a math and science teacher for 4 years in Mentor, OH; a high school Associate Principal and Principal for 4 years in Barberton, OH; and a high school Assistant Principal and Principal for 13 years and middle school principal for 3 years in Worthington.

Mr. Gaskill’s favorite memory at DACC is learning how to drive a bobcat and a forklift during the DACC Principal Olympics.

Mr. Gaskill and his wife, Regina, will celebrate their 20th anniversary this year. They have a 16-year old daughter, Marina, and a 2-year old puppy named Archie.

When not working, Mr. Gaskill enjoys spending time with his family at the pool or traveling to the beach. You can also find him on the golf course or in his basement noodling on his guitars!
