DACC Staff Spotlight: Matt Wood, School Counselor
Matt Wood is in his 2 year at DACC. Before starting DACC, Mr. Wood worked 10 years with Columbus City Schools and 8 years in non-profit organizations including Huckleberry House and AmeriCorps.
“I love educating and assisting students with college applications. You can see their dreams, goals and passions swirl in their eyes. There are so many possibilities for them in those moments.”
Matt and his husband Chris have one dog. He enjoys boating, gardening, running, hiking, reading, eating, relaxing and traveling.
