Students in the Delaware Area Career Center’s Application Development and Application Development FLO programs have earned their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications, demonstrating both technical skill and a deep understanding of process improvement. These certifications are recognized across industries and signal that students are prepared to analyze systems, reduce inefficiencies, and improve outcomes—skills that are especially valuable in today’s fast-moving tech landscape.

These students completed a range of full-stack web development improvement projects that addressed real-world needs through innovative tech solutions. Their projects included:
A Part-Time Employment Site to streamline job searching
A Seminar Registration Site for organizing events
A Resource Management Site with a farm game theme
A Goal Tracking App to support productivity
A Code Troubleshooting Site to assist developers
