Nelson, Lucas, Mia, and Raegan joined Mr. Fuller at the February Delaware Area Career Center Board of Education meeting to talk about their experience with the DACC E-Sports Team. In its second year, the e-sports team has brought together students from across the district to compete against other schools in the area.
Mia shared that this new opportunity has created a community of students from different labs who may not otherwise get to know each other.. Lucas added that participating in e-sports gives students another reason to keep their attendance rate high. Nelson enjoys the competitiveness of gaming, and Raegan likes working together as a team.
