The Delaware Area Career Center is proud to announce that it earned the highest possible rating in every category on the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce Career Technical Planning District (CTPD) Report Card, receiving 5 stars across all components and meeting all nine federal performance indicators.
The report card recognizes outstanding performance in Achievement, Career & Post-Secondary Readiness, Graduation Rate, and Post-Program Outcomes. According to the report, DACC significantly exceeded state standards in each of these areas.
These results reflect the dedication of DACC students, staff, associate school partners, and business and industry partners who work together to create meaningful learning experiences that prepare students for future success. The ratings demonstrate that students are mastering technical and academic skills while gaining the knowledge and experiences needed to achieve their goals after graduation.
The Career & Post-Secondary Readiness and Post-Program Outcomes components are particularly important measures because they focus on how successfully students transition into the next stage of life. The report shows strong outcomes for students pursuing employment, postsecondary education, apprenticeships, military service, and advanced training opportunities.
DACC remains committed to continuous improvement and ensuring students have access to high-quality career-technical education that aligns with evolving workforce needs. One area of focus moving forward will be expanding work-based learning opportunities that provide students with valuable real-world experiences while strengthening connections with local employers and community partners.
