The Delaware Area Career Center proudly recognized outstanding student achievement during the 2026 National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) Induction Ceremony, held on April 9, 2026, at DACC’s Main Campus.
The ceremony celebrated students who exemplify academic excellence, leadership, professionalism, and a strong commitment to their career-technical education. Both new inductees and returning members were honored for meeting the rigorous standards required for membership in the National Technical Honor Society, a nationally recognized organization that promotes scholarship, service, character, and skilled workmanship.
NTHS membership is extended to students enrolled in junior- or senior-level workforce development programs who demonstrate high academic performance, strong attendance, ethical behavior, and dedication to their chosen career paths. Membership is life-long and recognizes students as leaders among their peers in career and technical education.
The National Technical Honor Society supports student achievement by encouraging leadership development, community service, career goal setting, and stronger connections between education and industry. Through NTHS, students gain access to scholarship opportunities and national recognition that can support their future endeavors.
DACC extends sincere appreciation to Ms. Sarah Sanzone, NTHS Advisor, for her dedication and leadership in coordinating the 2026 induction process and ceremony.
