Food Service is a two-year program where you will learn commercial kitchen skills in professionally equipped kitchens with several workstations.
The focus of this program is on preparing and serving food according to entry-level catering and restaurant standards. After mastering designated competencies, second-year students may transition into cooperative work experiences and community-based job sites.
