Delaware County Democratic Party Scholarship: Graduating Delaware County Seniors continuing on in the education at a collegiate level. Basic requirement is that one of their parents is a registered Democrat and the student lives in Delaware county. Learn more here. Deadline: March 17, 2021

Delaware County Farm Bureau Scholarship: Scholarship for Delaware County Farm Bureau member's children for students pursuing a degree in agriculture (2 scholarships for $1,000) and another scholarship available for with the Friend of Agriculture Scholarship for students pursuing any other type of degree (1 scholarship for $1,000). Must graduate from a Delaware County high school with 2.5 GPA or better and submit official high school transcript. Access application here. Deadline: April 1, 2021

Delaware County Foundation Scholarships:  The Delaware County Foundation will award over 40 scholarship this year, anywhere from $1,000-$5,000 per scholarship. Students who are pursuing undergraduate degrees, vocational training, and professional development opportunities may apply. Visit their web site for more information. Deadline is Feb 15th! Career Center Specific Scholarships through Delaware County Foundation:
- James A. Augur Scholarship: Available to graduating Senior in Delaware or Marion County pursuing vocational education, job skills training or credentials that lead to a career.  Application available on the Delaware County Foundation website.  Deadline: February 15, 2021
- Richard and Dee Ketterling Scholarship: The scholarship is available to graduating seniors from the Delaware Area Career Center. The scholarship is intended to assist the student in continuing his/her education within the skilled trades industry at an accredited technical institution.  Application available on the Delaware County Foundation website.  Deadline: February 15, 2021

Horatio Alger National Career & Technical Scholarship:  510 scholarships valued at up to $2,500 each for students enrolled in a career or technical program in the fall of 2020.  Visit the website at  Click on About our Scholarship Program then Career & Technical Scholarship. Application opens February 15, 2021. Deadline: April 15, 2021

Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship:  For any minority student planning to attend a 4 year college, must have a 21 ACT/1000 SAT, demonstrate leadership potential, requires a letter of recommendation, and selected interview process. Award is $30,000 over the course of 4 years of college. See web site for more information and application online. Deadline for ALL pieces of the application are due February 1.

National Technical Honor Society Scholarship:  Any student inducted into NTHS last school year is welcome to apply for one of the NTHS scholarships. There are 8 different scholarships listed on their website, each for $1,000-$2,000. Take a look at the web site and note deadline dates!!

Ohio Oil & Gas Energy Foundation Scholarship: $1000 scholarship for college or technical school training that may be renewed for up to three additional years. Interest in a career in the natural gas field is suggested, although those interested in general business curricula are invited to apply (since those are applicable to the natural gas industry). The Prime Scholarship: Awarded to students intending to pursue a career as a nurse upon graduation. The scholarship is open to applicants working toward a two year or four year college degree. Sunbury Galena Rotary Foundation and Delaware Rotary Club Scholarships:  Rotarians are offering scholarships to graduating Delaware County Seniors who will complete a two-year program at DACC or participate in a DACC Program at their high school. Applicants may utilize the scholarship dollars to pursue further education in their field, to purchase needed tools for their chosen vocation, or to pay fees (i.e. needed certifications or licensing) required for beginning the occupation for which they have been trained.
