At the Delaware Area Career Center, the health, safety and well-being of our students and staff are our top priorities. As a school district, we are closely monitoring the situation and taking guidance from local and federal health officials as well as working with our staff to take necessary precautions. Please remember that if your child is sick, he or she should not be at school. Students need to be fever-free for 24 hours before returning to class after any illness.

  • Handwashing for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching face, eyes, nose, etc
  • Stay home when you are sick and visit your doctor
  • Cough or sneeze into a tissue and immediately throw the tissue in the trash
