March 31, 2014

The Delaware Area Career Center and Buckeye Valley Middle School Career Based Intervention Students led the charge to raise money in a Pennies for Patients fundraiser. BVMS staff and students did not disappoint. In under two weeks, the school raised $4,025, making them one of the top earning schools in 38 counties and earning them the title of Champions of Change. This is the fifth year these students have participated in the fundraiser under the guidance of CBI teacher, Tina Francis. Over the last five years, they have raised over $14,000.
