FFA

FFA provides students the chance to participate in a wide range of curriculum, community service, and environmental awareness activities, leading to over 300 career opportunities in agriculture.

With a focus on the science, business and technology of agriculture, students develop essential leadership and teamwork skills. Student officers run their local chapter with instructors standing by to offer guidance when necessary.

State competitions allow students the chance to win scholarships to college, saving them money on future tuition. The experience and knowledge students gain by being an FFA member will also be an important addition to their resumes as they prepare to step into an increasingly diverse industry.

Programs of study that participate in FFA include:

  • Columbus Zoo & Aquarium School
  • Environmental Technologies
  • Equine Science
  • Landscape & Turfgrass Management
  • Power Sports & Diesel Technologies
