To apply to DACC, you have 2 options:

NEW! Fill out our online application.
Current email addresses for both the student and primary guardian are required to fill out the online application. We will send a follow-up message to both the student and the primary guardian with a copy of your application.

TIP - type out your essays in Word (or any text editing software), save the document, and then paste the text into your application.

or

Print and download the application.
To do so, simply follow the steps below:

1. Download the application.
2. Fill out the application, including your top two choices from any of our programs.
3. Make sure you parents sign the application.
4. Give the completed application to your Guidance Counselor.  They will complete their portion and send your information to us.

Once we receive your information, we will review it to make sure you are on a path to graduation and contact you.
