SkillsUSA Students Advance to State

March 2, 2015

This past weekend, students from our Auto Technology, Auto Collision, Cosmetology, Fire Service Training, Construction, Dental, Digital Design, Electronics, Welding, & Academic classes competed at the regional SkillsUSA competition. We are very proud of how hard everyone worked to get to this point and we wish the best of luck to those advancing to the state competition. A big thank you goes out to our teachers and staff for helping these students prepare.

Advancing to State
Students who placed 1st - 3rd will advance to the state competition in April.

  • Holt Bensley, Ben Cognion, & Tristan Jones - 1st place in Welding Fabrication Team
  • Drew Hagner - 2nd place in Collision Repair
  • Jessica DiPasquale - 2nd place in Nail Care
  • Haruna Sasaki - 2nd place, Nail Care Model
  • Sophia Strickling - 2nd place in Photography
  • Andrew Brown - 2nd place in Job Skills Demo
