Customized Training
Any Adult Education offering may be designed to fit the needs and schedules of employers and employees.
Much of the training done through the Adult Education Division at Delaware Area Career Center is provided to companies through customized training programs that have been set up through the division’s various program area coordinators.
Customized training is an affordable alternative and may be done on-site, on-campus, or at another location. By holding on-site training, programs can be custom fit to each workplace and employees can learn in their own surroundings. Classes may be scheduled around the clock to accommodate second and third shift workers.
All Adult Education programs, courses and trainings are designed to be hands-on and practical. All training is taught by qualified, experienced instructors certified by the Ohio Department of Education.
Continuing Education Credits for training may also be available for professional groups and organizations.
